According to a recent survey by Zest, conducted by Opinium, 38 % of HR leaders reported an increase in employees with neurodiverse conditions in the previous year, however 49% of neurodiverse employees said they feel under-supported at work and 22% of HR leaders admitted to struggling to satisfy the needs of neurodiverse staff.

Implement inclusive communication techniques across your organisation
The importance of introducing and reviewing workplace adjustments
